Compassion First is dedicated to serving adult survivors of sex trafficking in Oregon. Our local efforts come after years of dedicated work in Indonesia and is the fulfillment of a long-held desire to serve locally.
It is our goal to work in a collaborative manner with others to better focus on the needs of the exploited and the vulnerable. While we do not have a local aftercare program, we are collaborating with Safety Compass and other authoritative local organizations to serve adult survivors of trafficking.
SAFETY COMPASS PARTNERSHIP
Compassion First is privileged to partner with Safety Compass, a crucial organization that cares for an underserved population of survivors outside of the Portland metropolitan area. Safety Compass provides advocacy and support to survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation in Marion County and Clackamas County. Women in their care are recovering and receiving much needed assistance.
