We have found an expansive sky of tiny twinkles and stars that are blindingly bright.
Among the most vulnerable people in forgotten communities throughout Indonesia…
Children who were begging are now going to school.
The first in their families to finish elementary school.
The first in their entire communities to graduate from college.
Women are learning to read and sew and see themselves differently.
They are realizing their resilience, capabilities and worthiness of real love. And that is changing everything.
Humble households are beginning to flourish and taking their neighbors with them.
Indeed… the stars are brightly shining.
These are THEIR STORIES. And it is the story of God. “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness can never extinguish it.” John 1:5
And in His goodness, God invites us to join Him in this story.
Our goal is to keep trafficking out of their stories. Again and again, we’ve seen that the most proven path from the trappings of poverty to a future of infinite possibilities is through the classroom.
$1,200 provides one child’s education for an entire year. Imagine a day when each of these children is safe, learning, and dreaming about their future.

How can my Church Give a Christmas Offering?
Use the form below to sign up for the Christmas Offering and you will receive a media kit that will equip you to effectively lead your congregation through a Christmas Offering. This kit includes a series of videos, photos from our Community Development programs, slides with information about Compassion First, and printable handouts. If you sign up by October 1, you will receive a customized video with your church name.
CF speakers will be visiting churches in November and December to give short updates or full sermons about Compassion First.
