Our team consists of over 100 dedicated individuals spanning the US and Indonesia. It's a sincere honor for our stateside team to wholeheartedly support the remarkable field staff in Indonesia, who tirelessly work on behalf of each child—she is worth all we have.

Our staff makes daily care a reality for the children we love and serve. They come to work everyday not to a job, but rather to a calling. They face the daunting task of walking alongside children who have been exploited and trafficked, working hard to help them toward a future of hope. They encounter daily the effects of trauma and respond with compassion. Most people will never know their names. Their sacrifices are many.
We prioritize the safety and security of our program staff. For this reason, we keep their identity anonymous. Their roles include: Executive Leadership, House Moms, Social Workers, Case Workers, Counselors, Teachers, Security, Operations, Finance, and Administration.

Board Member – Lead Pastor at Marysville Foursquare Church. He has served Compassion First as a board member since 2022.
Cody Cupper
Board Member – (Retired) Concept Director at Nike, Inc. He has served Compassion First as a board member since 2019.
Greg Kaufer
Board Member – Owner of Plumbline Drywall. He has served Compassion First as a board member since 2019.
Greg Whitaker
Board Member – Co-Owner of Whitaker/Ellis Builders, Inc. He has served Compassion First as a board member from 2008 to 2016 and returned to the board in 2018.
Jena Andres
Board Member - Head of Brand and Customer Marketing - ProService Hawaii. She has served Compassion First as a board member since 2017.
Jim Henderson
Board Member - Partner Attorney at Law - Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. He has served Compassion First as a board member since 2023.
Lonnie Sproat
Board Chair – Retired Vice President of Operations for Farmers Insurance. He has served Compassion First as a board member since 2013.
Shane Dwyer
Treasurer – Controller at Modo, Inc. He has been involved with Compassion First since it’s earliest days, and he has served as Treasurer since 2011.
Tracy Grimm
Board Secretary – Washington County District Attorney’s Office. She has served Compassion First as a board member since 2021.
